What we collect and why

Check answers (state, dates, amounts): processed in your browser to show your result. Not stored unless you buy a letter.

Order data: when you start checkout we store your email, your name and forwarding address, your landlord's name and address, the rental address, the amounts and dates, and any reason you entered, plus the payment status. We use it to deliver and re-display your letters and to email you your private link (performance of the contract).

Anonymous usage events (for example: check submitted, letter unlocked, state, device type, campaign source), without names, emails or addresses, to improve the Service (legitimate interests).

Technical data (IP address, browser information, logs) for security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Bank of Georgia, which processes card payments under its own privacy notice; we receive only the payment status and order reference.

Our hosting, database and email providers, which process data on our behalf.

Authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell personal data. Letters are sent to landlords only by you.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Order data is kept for 12 months after the order and then deleted, except minimal records the law requires us to keep. Anonymous events contain no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Contact email support@depositclaimnow.com; we reply within one month. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only essential browser storage (for example, to keep your answers if a payment is cancelled). No advertising cookies.
