1. The Service

The Service offers a free check of a US residential security deposit against summaries of state statutes and, for a one-time fee, generates a demand letter, a follow-up letter and general information about next steps.

2. Software only — no legal advice

DepositClaimNow is a self-help software tool. We are not a law firm, no lawyer reviews your case, no attorney–client relationship is created, and we do not represent you, send letters for you or contact your landlord. You decide whether and how to use the generated documents. Results depend on the information you provide and on summaries of state law that may be incomplete or out of date. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney or a legal aid organisation in your state.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, review every document before sending it, and use the Service only for your own lawful claim. Do not use it to make false statements or harass anyone.

4. Payments

The seller for every purchase is Ivane Kutateladze. Card payments are processed by Bank of Georgia; we never see your full card details. The price is shown as $19.99 and charged in Georgian lari as 54.00 GEL. Your card issuer converts the amount and may add its own fees. There is no subscription.

Total price: $19.99, including all taxes. We add no delivery or other fees. Payment means: Visa or Mastercard, processed securely by Bank of Georgia.

Letters are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before paying you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the letter is delivered (Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection, art. 14). All sales are final, except as described in our Refund Policy.

What you receive: Delivered instantly as text on a private web page and by email link. Works in any current web browser on phone or computer; copy the text, print it, or save it as PDF. No software or account needed.

5. Intellectual property

We keep all rights in the Service. You may use the documents generated for your own claim.

6. No guarantee

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any landlord will pay, that any court will award any amount, or that the state summaries are complete or current.

7. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.

9. Complaints

Complaints: write to us from the email used at checkout. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and give a written answer within 10 business days. Contact: email support@depositclaimnow.com.
